Randy started by saying there’s NO RV. He read an email that said there was something with the system, it’s not going to RV until it shows on CBI and it will happen instantly so everyone will know. Please understand that. I can’t believe anybody would believe that kind of stuff. The last time I remember that happened was in months ago….it’s all BS – I’m thinking no one would believe that, but maybe they do. It just doesn’t happen that way and Shabibi doesn’t need to RV on a computer if he doesn’t want to. As soon as it happens it’ll take a minute or so – it doesn’t take that long to populate it. JUST CHECK THE CBI.
We’re looking for things to take place prior to the RV –
The last few months re: National Conference or Meeting is becoming more, and more popular. It almost has to be a must. I’ve seen 3-4 articles from Maliki apologizing that he’s saying we’re saying you’re trying to kill us…the bottom line is that everything’s okay and I found new evidence. Why do you think he’d do that? They have him in a corner…he’s trying to think of how to get out of it. It’s so political, it’s not funny….he knows he has to agree with the national meeting…they don’t have any money and he has to figure a way to get in and have the money show up without having to give up his power. The way he’s been spawling is – sure, I agree with you, start where you want but we have to make sure it’s constitutional. So he agrees and then asks if it’s constitutional…that was the problem going on….that’s why they were having a hard time with the no-confidence. Like the HCL isn’t constitutional…did you see that? He said the country of Iraq has the right to have the oil…the problem is that if they’re controlling their oil, that should be up for grabs. The HCL has already been approved…the agreement isn’t the issue…! That’s how he plays and the delays are going on.
The US says they need to get together….they need the ministers to go and the US is to put pressure on it. To count on it, no. Our foreign policy isn’t very strong. So, what we have coming up is the National Meeting – one article says – we can have this national meeting, but we could make it just the heads of the state or Arab leaders…then it won’t last more than a day. If it’s larger, it’ll take longer than a day…I don’t know that for sure, but I think it is.
The Arab summit is scheduled for the 29th and have 9 countries who came in and are committed. They have ZERO money…the only way to do the summit is to have the money. He’s saying he’s going to run to Kuwait on the 14th, and they could care less if Maliki is alive or dead. He has to show up with the money but he has to have the government. Talabani goes to the Mayo Clinic for Chemo – should have been back today or yesterday, not confirmed. He said set the time for the NC and IMO in either 1-2-3 days – don’t know if he can go further because it has to be done by the 15th. We should see that today and no later than tomorrow…and then we should see the date of the conference show up Monday and then Maliki will to Kuwait for one day or, if he doesn’t leave for Kuwait, we’ll e in good shape. If not, we’re looking at the Arab Summit issues because there’s no money.
They were going to have the Arab Summit at the airport – they ordered armored vehicles …that shows you how much they believe in them. This AS will not take place until the RV. We just have to follow it.
So, Talabani shows up – they schedule the National Conference – they have to announce the strategic council (the reason for the meeting) – once it becomes law, Maliki loses his power. Why do you think he’s dragging his feet so much? Because this is his power…the only guy who loses his power. He just wants to keep the life he has…if the money shows up, then he will become a dictator and you’ll never get him out of there.

A: If Saleh says it – he’s a propaganda man for the CBI and he hasn’t told us the truth yet..l.he’s coming out with the 1:1 and when Shabibi comes out he says he’s 70% removed the 000’s…he tells you exactly what they’re going to do. S says the ways your money is going to be stronger and he uses the dollar to dollar concept…the 000’s has zero to do with the rate…it’s just getting them off the streets and is confusing people. It’s basically he wants to get it off the street. How can you move 70% of those 3-digits…you can. Shabibi says they’re physically trying to get them off the street…another reason why the inflation is going up. It has ZERO to do with the rate.
Q: So, they’ve been lowering their money supply. – Your rate of $3.21, I know the formula you use, do you have another reason about that rate other than the budget like intel that are from sources that are confident about that?
A: Let’s just say “yes”. I’m confident about the rate – Casper is the one that helped me with that because a buddy told him how much he was getting for the oil. They’re making $32 per barrel – -Showing in the budget $35. They’re not telling you the truth. The official numbers the truth. In May they’ll tell you 21 ? billion in oil.
They’re lying all over the place…$3 million barrels a day – …? – the US, Great Britain, — Russia and china are paying $ but the others are paying $??? They have to stretch that to 5-10 billion before they start getting the market products. They need to have an RV so that all these contracts can be fulfilled and get this stuff up.
Rich people do not blow themselves up! Kuwait pays their guys about $10,000 amount (3500 dinar) and that’s why you see them vacationing here in the U S …and it’ll be like that in China. If we just focus on what we have to do and see….I don’t want you to ride on that roller coaster…can’t tell you how many people are hurting…they write how they’re losing a house and I’m trying to be upfront and it’s so much a barrel…the budget is so much….there has to be a way to make up the difference. 26.1 billion dollars divided by the 90 million – it has to be….
Q: Most people think they’re getting a market value right now, but they’re not. If they were, they’d have a 1:1.
A:The article suggested they’re making more than $32 / barrel. Anytime Saleh says anything…take it with a grain of salt. Shabibi never said it would be 1:1.
Q: Some people believe there are 2 ways to RV
A: It’s coming in at 3.21 period – a managed float that’s been that way for 2 years.
Q: What about an intermediate stage referring to a 1:1.
A: I just answered that…Saleh’s saying that – he’s not telling you the truth just how to be as strong as the US dollar…that’s all he’s doing.
Q: You don’t believe if the Kurds open the budget, by the constitution, it will come out at 86 cents.
A: Kurds can’t do a thing. Who said that? If they could force the budget, it would be done…Maliki becomes a dictator with that budget opening up!
Q: Are there any small victories you’ve seen?
A: The big win: Maliki apologizing to a terrorist…he’s been doing that for 2 days and there’s no way he’d do that if they didn’t have him by the short hair. He is dictator, buddy. He just as soon shoot you – he’s apologizing and they’ve got him in a corner with 30 smartest minds in Iraq on how to have a National Meeting and he doesn’t want to get out of power.
Q; Do you see this meeting happening mid-month?
A: I don’t see it being cancelled at this point – the articles that want the conference after the Arab Summit, then what has to happen before the AS? Money! If he could get them to do it after, he would probably never have that meeting. It will be egg on their face if they didn’t….and he has these guys trying to do it. They should get it done by the 14th and we know Kuwait doesn’t want him over there.
Q: What are your feelings about Ch. 7 falling itno the RV?
A: They won’t get out of it until they RV …they have to.
Q: When we go to cash in and there’s sanctions, why would the banks give us our money?
A: Do you remember how they put sanctions on them? It was $2 + and they still traded.
A lady called me and she went to an exchange to know the process to see how hard it would be to trade in dinar…people in front of her were from Kuwait …she puts her dinar and they asked her to sign? It’s CURRENCY guys! Don’t make it harder than what it is. Go to the bank, trade it in, and they’ll do it immediately right then…you’re holding currency right in your hand.
Q: What happens if it doesn’t RV this month?
A: No, I think Iraq is under pressure to get this done…a whole lot of pressure. I don’t even know what to say if it doesn’t happen…Maliki is under extreme pressure with guys trying to get his nose of it it…and if they keep pressuring him, fine, but if he figures a way, it’ll hang on. Then the AS probably won’t happen unless the US jumps in which I don’t see happening since we don’t have money either. I like this week real well….there’s too many political balls that can be bounced around right now. As it looks right now, we’re looking real good.
Q: Allawi and Maliki are being moved around and Najafi was supposed to come in….
A: Here’s the deal – think of these guys like Indian tribes and you have Kochise as a Chief, Sitting Bull as a Chief –they all have their sects….Maliki, Talabani (head of the Kurds with Barazani) – all these guys have to give up to make Allawi to look bad who is giving his power to take over the Strategic Council. Maliki will be doing the same thing….he’ll be the one taking over >>?? It’s like the head of the Republicans, House.
Q: What’s going on with the inflation there? Didn’t Shabibi say he’d limit it?
A: He didn’t want it over 10% and it’s moving up because they’re letting the dollars out there.
We had an economist who always speculated not thinking they’re moving dinar, but USDollars. He’s sharper than I am…and when he starts talking, it’s way over my head.
3-4 weeks ago they said they’d stop using dollars, but the big bills were taken off the street and the inflation’s up so they have to RV their money or …… or inflate what’s going on in the economy to keep it below the 10%.
Q: If they don’t do it before the Arab Summit, what else could happen?
A: I don’t know – well, I do know, but I can’t say yet because I shouldn’t say ….it’s a lot of money and they’ll cut my head off. If we kinda know what’s happening, we don’t’ want to mention it because we don’t want it to happen that way. We should have happy days by the end of next week, but we don’t know and we have to sit and wait.
Q: You say to follow the money…
A: They said they’d implement the budget 2’ce…they lied. They were going to speak to the leaders…they were going to accelerate the 2011 budget in the 2012 budget. They were going to open the budget and still use the 2011 budget because it has all the enhancements to get the Arab Summit…they probably won’t open or use the 2012 until June and run it to Dec. That’s what it said in the article and I really believe they’ll open up the 2011 and finish the projects.
Q: Do you see it going on?
A: Right now, I don’t – -I promise you he’s (?) trying.
Q: I’m stuck on tag accounts. If you keep your money in a non-interest bearing account you will have it protected.
A: Yes, but if the bank goes under, how you going to get your money ? You’re not going to be that exposed.
Q: I’ve heard on some sites there are whales cashing out.
A: I’ve heard that since 2009 – that means guys who paid 3-4-5 million are supposed to cash out – that’s so much BS it’s funny. They’re actually lying to you…every time you ask to show them….they don’t…they can’t. How do you know about it if they’re so big and private?
Q: Talking to private banks, many are wondering what we’re holding in dinar…I’m nervous about telling them about that right now. Should we?
A: He’s bonded and he can’t reveal what you’ve got and don’t think that’s an issue, but that’s the cart before the horse, so why spend all that time with it. It’s not that tough, just be protected and you’ll have oodles of time to take a vacation..so just breathe.
Q: This person was very nice and I had opened accounts and then transfer accounts over.
A: A lot of guys are telling you things that’s not really going on. They don’t ask for are receipt – nothing – it’s currency, guys.
Q: What about getting your names of driver’s license…never use your home phone again…that’s hard to do!
A: What that’s about is about keeping your family and friends.
Q: Does anyone have any control other than Shabibi to do the RV?
A: NO – NO – NO – Maliki has dragged his feet not getting his government in order and as soon as it’s in play, the RV will happen.
Q: The September article?
A: That has zero to do with the RV….it could happen tomorrow but they’ll still have to get the bills off in Sept.
Q: Purpose of the National Conference or Meeting?
A: It has to become law and Maliki loses his deal…there’s going to be an announcement.
Q: What about the taxes?
A: 15% – Obama has tried and tried and tried to get into the tax but the Republicans have held his feet.
Q: Sometimes people think about the redominatiion means that the old money becomes bad when the new money comes out.
A: If you have a 1,000 dollar bill, could you still turn it in? Yes. The country who prints the notes honors the notes. The only think they can do is when it RV’s, they could consider Sadam’s face on it and consider it contraband…they want to destroy those but it’s the cycle of the money

Q: Re: Frank Dodd Act – are they still trying to de-valuing the dollar 60-40%?
A: I don’t see the dollar going down more than a penny or two.
Q: I heard it would go down 60-40% after the RV.
A: I think it will get stronger after the RV. A lot of things will take place. How long it happens, I don’t know.
Q: Who’s the largest holder of dinar in the world?
A: I don’t know…The US says they have 3 ½ trillion, Italy supposedly has more.
They’re creating money out of thin air and they’re not changing anything so could we be back in the same position? Yeah. If you don’t change your spending habits and don’t pay off, you’ll be in the same boat and maybe even worse with more money so you have to figure out what you’re going to be doing. The government has a hard time with that. I could see us being in the same boat 2-3 years ago because we like to spend money.
Q: Doesn’t Iraq have to be announced as a tradable currency or GOI before the summit?
A: They don’t have to but if they can’t pay for it, and Iraqi’s not a country or doesn’t have the money, I don’t see them doing it. We’re still looking for the ministers, the Strategic Council…and when I get emails that it’s RV’d…it can’t be.
Q: What is the significance of the Arab Summit? What are the consequences of having it or failing?
A: They postponed it last year because they were supposed to come out with the money – I will say it was Obama’s feet dragging too. They want to have the summit for the region and go with GGC currency as a unified proof, but they can’t do it until Iraq has a government, so it stalls them. You’ve got guys like Saudi Arabi and others ….
Q: So they could have the summit but it would be egg on their face?
A: Yes, they could, but they haven’t got it worked out yet.
Q; Will the rate change?
A: No, Shabibi told us it will be a managed float- he did it at 1170 for 2years. China does it too, why mess with it? It’s not moving – -there’s a 2% variation.
Q: So, it won’t go to $10 and then go down?
A: It will come in at 3.21 and stay there…could it go up, yes! Nothing more than ….(?)
Q: Why are they telling us that?
A: Some are invested in hedge funds – I wouldn’t be. I want to be secured first, give it time, and you’ll have enough money….learn where that money needs to go and don’t worry about that.
Q: Intel guru’s telling us that it’s $12…
A: Have they ever been right? 3 weeks ago they were patting themselves on the back…Bull dog and Okie called it first….did it happen? It happened today…JohnnyD…I can’t believe we’re not seeing it.
Q: It’s getting people out of shape. It’s really putting a lot of pain. Why they’re putting their egos us.
A: They’re destructive…I don’t know why either….

A: They’re being told by others…
Q: JUST GO TO CBI ANYTIME and see if it’s changed! The front end could change…it’s the DOMAIN CBI.iq – -that page is valid…It shows up there FIRST…that’s where everybody’s going to find out.
Q: I think asking for an extentions on the DFI funds, there’s a long finger.
A: Remember when we first started talking way back we thought they were moving dollars instead of dinar…
Q: I’ve been saying that for years…!
A: I know you did – you understand the process and if I had known, I’d let you discuss that.
I know Maliki is in a corner trying to figure out constitutionally where he’s at.
Q: I knew the UN definitely had him also, when he left the US and it was obvious they weren’t going to give him what he wanted with the issues in Kuwait…and he hasn’t done his homework and to see him working and sharing the port with Nabarak?? Which allows him to get on with the agreement and set a date with the UN and they have to be matched, not necessarily before…
A: Exactly right…and there wouldn’t be terrorists – …?????
Q: It seems like every day there’s a new guru out there…I notice whether it’s slow or fast, it is progressing forward.
A: I do think the Arab summit has them pinned…they have to have the money and Kuwait said you can’t come on the 14th until you hve the money – however he figures that out….I think we’re in a spot where it’s about to break, but I just don’t know which way…either he finds a way out of it or we find the RV
Q; If he wants to keep the peace, he needs Erbil which is an agreement and they just have to bring it to the forefront.
A: It’s not that they can’t make the bank numbers falling from the sky and they couldn’t make it into the Basel 3 or the bank systems LOL
Q: I think everyone’s paranoid and I can assure you these computers they’re using….I don’t buy there’s a virus check…sticking the IQD is a rudimently processes – they’ve tested it and we first saw reference and was able to get to the 2nd access and I saw banks trading at 1 dinar and I laughed at a fraction of a penny. Why would these world banks do that? They were testing the system in 2006 so if any bugs needed to be worked out, I’m sure they’re worked out. Every day there’s no guru’s with ideas of the financial or manage your dinar for you and there’s always a catch and I’d hate to see them lose their money based on the stories coming out. Stick with the articles on the news, though may be old, but the stories will always catch up with the news.
With the CBI slowing down the auctions, countries here with the dinar not trading on the Forex, they managed to trade on the CBi…that’s what they’re for. The Forex market is where the goods they sell, the resources, the ability to pay debts will all be equated to the other countries and the Forex will establish an exchange rate.
Floating will let the market go up or down depending on those numbers…or bounces it higher and lower level or do it like Kuwait. Then there’s the ask rate, the bid rate, and that’s what you’ll be dealing with when you go to the bank.
Cashing in is an easy process…they will comp you, call the quote and tell you what you will receive and we will say ‘I accept”…and that’s how you do a currency exchange. When you do a large exchange, you don’t need serial numbers (except for your own comfort of mind) or receipts…I’ve done it many times and you have to go through the process with social security number…
Your accounts will be insured against the bank going bankrupt – not inflation…it’s sitting there thinking you have your million dollars and a year from now it’s 4% in inflation and your money has devalued. You still have the million dollars but a smarter investor realizes you HAVE TO MAKE THE MONEY WORK…
If the bank is your issue…research the bank before you deposit and make sure it’s financially sound. Smaller are more financially strong…have an accountant look over the bank and every 6-12 months review the banks policy with little fear….that’s the secret: Managing with little fear.
A: If you have the money, buy the bank!!
Q: Relax, take one step at a time…do your homework, invest wisely, make sure you make your money work for you.
Q; What’s these oil companies threatening to get out if they haven’t gotten paid?
A: They’re still doing that with another synopsis at the end of this month – Iraq is under a lot of pressure. Maliki has a lot of pressure…and he has 30-50 people working on it …his days are numbered. The one time I thought we had him is when he hit a goon in Parliament and they went crazy. He may have something up his sleeve, but let’s hope it’s not ore than an hour of our time.
Q: Re: Guru’s and intel about the systems….what about the 136 currencies changing?
A: They don’t have a clue!! All the other currencies and stuff they’re talking about is bs….the actual price is going to change that have been in the system for I don’t know how long….Iraq’s system has been tested since 2006.
Q: What about the buy-sell rate?
A: Buy-sell rates are going to be almost identical….the longer you wait – 6 months down the road – the rate will change and they’ll try to get your money to put in the bank.
Q: Does Parliament have anything to do with the government?
A: That’s done, that’s what the National Meeting is about – they just need to announce it. Maliki’s agreed on everything – he just has to announce it including the Strategic Council…he’s stalling as much as he can.
Q: What about their vacation?
A: It doesn’t matter.
Q: Najafi taking Allawi’s spot?
A: Allawi’s position will be the head of the Strategic Council which is basically taking head of the entire country.
Q: Why the abrupt change with Wells Fargo in the last few days?
A: They all know what’s coming, but the tellers don’t know. Anytime they’re hiding stuff, you know they know what’s going on. They say if we were going to do it, it would take 30 days.
Q: WF has always said they’d offer a bank package and now have mysteriously pulled out.
A: Here they told most people they don’t plan to be in it and it would take 30 days if they did.
They used to say it was a scam. I just know they’re all going to participate. The reason I know these things, I have a buddy who has a million dollars in the bank and they talk to them…not me or you. That’s where the have’s and have not’s come in to play. Don’t worry about it
Q: Prosperity Packages?
A: I don’t believe it in…it was started by an attorney and has nothing to do with the dinar. They could have tied themselves to it but it has nothing to do with the dinar.
